When making a purchase kindly keep in mind that we are not a 24 hour service, we are a local fashion house that deals with purchasing and shipping during the hours of 9:00 AM (0900) and 6:00 PM (1800) GMT/UTC-6 Normal Business Hours | GMT/UTC-5 Daylight Savings
• Purchasing Before 10:00 AM (1000)
When a purchase from our online store is made before 10:00 AM (1100) the purchase is processed and shipped the same day. A sales confirmation is sent to your email from our purchasing system automatically coupled with shipping details and a tracking number.
• Purchasing After 10:00 AM (1000)
When a purchase from our online store is made after 10:00 AM (1100) the purchase is processed and shipped the next day. A sales confirmation is sent to your email from our purchasing system automatically coupled with shipping details and a tracking number.
• Shipping & Delivery
After a purchase is made, processing immediately follows. An email with the order details is sent from our system to the email listed in the purchase order together with your shipping information. Depending on your location, shipping can take between 1 - 3 business days depending on you shipping choice. If purchase meets the free shipping criteria, shipping and delivery is within 5 business days.

Returns
Returns & Store Credit Policy
We want your return experience to be as simple as possible. Please review the following policy carefully
before sending an item back.
Returns

Return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of the date your order was delivered to qualify for store credit.

Returns postmarked after the 10-day return window will be denied.

Eligible returns will be issued store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

All Final Sale items are final sale, regardless of price. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for store credit, all returned merchandise must:

Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Have all original vendor tags attached.

Include the hygienic liner, when applicable.

Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair or dander, dust, dirt, fibers, stains, odors, or other signs of wear or use.
Items that do not meet these requirements will be denied for return.
Shoe Return Condition Requirements
Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original shoe box.
Do not use the original shoe box as the shipping box. The shoe box must be placed inside a separate shipping box or protective shipping mailer. Returns with damaged, taped, labeled, or otherwise altered shoe boxes may be denied. ​
Handbags & Purses
Handbags and purses that were sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag.​
Sets
Items sold as a set must be returned together and in the same size combination in which they were originally sold. Partial sets will not be accepted.
Return Processing
Once your return is received, please allow up to 20 business days for processing.
After your return has been approved and processed, your store credit information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued.
​Lulus in the Sky reserves the right to limit return privileges or service for customers who demonstrate excessive or unusual return activity.
Faulty or Damaged Items
All merchandise is inspected by our quality control team before shipping.
If you believe you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Our team will review the information and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: Damage to receptacle, loose glitter or sequins and the level of sheerness of an item are not considered defects.
These characteristics may be a natural result of the manufacturing process or part of the item's intended design.
We recommend carefully reviewing each item's product description before purchasing.
Lulus in the Sky reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements outlined
